- I'm interested in ordering some of the products that I've seen on your website. How do I go about doing that?
Please note that because our online catalogue is NOT kept up to date, some of the items may be discontinued or sold-out. We suggest that you write down the item numbers from the catalogue pages. Afterwards, please fax us your list along with your company name, full address (please include your shipping address if different), telephone/fax number, e-mail address (if applicable), and PST-exemption # (vendor's permit#)/Federal tax ID# (if your business is located in Ontario, Canada or in the U.S.A.). If the product you wish to order is out of stock, we will be able to suggest other products that are similar. If everything is in stock and we have received a method of payment, we can ship it out to you asap!
- How much will shipping cost me?
It all depends on how much you have purchased and where you are located. Smaller boxed items are shipped via FedEx, which tend to be cheaper and more cost efficient. Skids can cost more depending on how far away you are located, if you are located in a residential area, if a tractor-trailer is able/not able to fit, if you have a loading dock, or if you are outside of the transportation company's boundaries. Freight charges are made after your order has been packed. Prior to that, we can only give estimations.
If you are in and around our office area, our suggestion would be for you to come and pick up your order. However if you wish to do so, please let us know ahead of time so that you won't have to wait for your order to be picked and packed.
- Payment methods: How can I pay for my order?
If we are shipping your order to you, payment must be made at time of shipping unless otherwise negotiated. Please note that we do not provide term payment options for new customers. We accept Visa or MasterCard. If you prefer to pay by cheque, COD charges will be added to your freight costs unless it is mailed to us first. (Not applicable for customers in the U.S.) When we receive your cheque, we will ship out your order.
If you are picking up your order, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Cash, and cheques.
Please note that we do not accept American Express or Discover cards.
- I'm coming down to Mississauga in a couple days and I want to stop by your warehouse. Do I need to make an appointment and how do I get there?
Our office hours are from Mondays-Fridays 9:30AM-4:30PM; no appointments necessary. If you are coming between 4:30-6:00, please call us ahead of time to let us know. We can help to arrange for someone to be in the office.
If you are picking up your order, we ask that you call us ahead of time so that we can have your order ready for you.
Please note that we are not open on Saturdays.
Directions:
If you are coming from Toronto (QEW or 427):
You'll have to get onto Highway 427N and continue until it merges with the 401.
Take the 401 and then exit at Dixie Road.
Go south (left) onto Dixie Road and continue until you reach Aerowood Dr. where you will take a right.
Continue until you reach Kamato Rd. where you will take a left.
Continue down Kamato until you reach the traffic lights at Tomken Road.
We're in that stretch of warehouses across the street and to the right of you.
If you are coming from Hamilton (403):
Continue to follow the 403/QEW Toronto until you reach Mississauga.
Exit with the 403 (The exit is right by the Ford Plant in Oakville) and exit at Cawthra/Eastgate Parkway.
Follow Eastgate Parkway until you reach Tomken Road. (The second light after exiting the highway.)
Turn left onto Tomken Road and follow it until you see the intersection of Kamato Road and Tomken Road.
We're on the left side after that intersection.
